We remodel kitchens, primary baths and whole homes across Bonita Springs, and the whole thing gets designed before anything is demolished.
Most of the kitchens we are asked to remodel in Bonita Springs sit in houses that were built properly. Good structure, good lot, a floor plan that mostly still works.
What has not held up is everything chosen the year the house was finished. Cabinets that have gone orange under Florida light, granite with too much going on, a wall standing between whoever is cooking and everyone else. That is a short and fixable list, and it is most of what we do.
Before you think about cabinet color, work out whether your kitchen is still its own room. In most houses here it is, separated by a wall, a peninsula, or a soffit that was only ever there to cover a gap.
Open it up and the room changes character. Light crosses the counters from the great room, the cook stops being somewhere else, and the island turns into where everyone stands. Every other decision gets easier once that one is made.
Then it is cabinetry that suits Florida light, a countertop that is not competing with the floor, and a lighting plan instead of six recessed cans.
Nearly every primary bath built here between the late eighties and the 2000s was designed around a tub set into a tiled deck under the window. Most of them have been used twice.
Take it out and you get a shower worth walking into. Frameless glass, tile to the ceiling, a bench, a proper niche instead of a plastic caddy hanging off the showerhead.
The room reads twice the size, because that deck was eating a third of the floor and giving nothing back. If you want a tub, we set a freestanding one, which looks better and takes less space.

We are small on purpose. The person who designs your kitchen is the person you call about it, and the same crew is on the job from demolition through the final walkthrough.
Nothing gets ordered or demolished until the design and every selection is settled and you have signed off on it. Most of what goes wrong in a renovation is a decision that got deferred.

In most of these floor plans, yes. Some walls are carrying load, which means a beam and an engineer, and that is its own scope. We work out which one you have at the design stage rather than halfway through demolition.
Any plumbing, electrical, mechanical or structural change does. A pure finish swap where nothing moves is a different conversation. Work inside the city limits is permitted through the City of Bonita Springs Building Division, and we prepare and file that package for you.
