Acorn Circle sits in South Gulf Cove, a non-gated waterfront community on the Port Charlotte side of the Cape Haze peninsula. It’s a canal neighborhood with a public boat ramp and lock out to Charlotte Harbor. Boca Grande and Englewood beaches are a short drive. We built both homes for how people live down here. Everything on one level. The lanai treated as a real room, not a leftover slab. Impact glass so hurricane season doesn’t mean hanging shutters. Tile you can walk on with wet feet.
