The garage turns to the side here, so the front stays clean and the driveway doesn’t take over the yard. Inside, the great room, dining, and kitchen share one space with sightlines straight out to the pool deck. When the sliders are open, the lanai reads as part of the room.

The kitchen is where we spent the most time. A long island with seating, shiplap on the island face, and a built-in bar off to the side for glassware and a beverage fridge. Tile runs through the whole house, so there’s no carpet to replace and nothing to worry about when wet feet come in from the pool.

The primary bath has dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with multiple heads. On the other side of the house, the guest suite has its own full bath and a door that opens right onto the pool deck, useful when family is down for a week. The yard is fully fenced.
